About Fresh Coat Painters of Miami Beach
Painting Done RIGHT!
Meet The Owner
Hi, I'm Oscar J Guardo, owner of Fresh Coat Painters of Miami Beach. I have spent more than 20 years in real estate, construction, and development. In January 2023, I brought that experience to the work I enjoy most: helping Miami homeowners love the place they live.
I'm an Industrial Engineer by training, with a B.S. from Bradley University, graduate studies at Universidad de los Andes (Colombia), and a negotiation program at Harvard University. On your project, that means I think in plans, schedules, and details.
Every job starts with me. I visit your home personally, walk the space with you, and give you a clear written estimate with no surprises. Miami is tough on paint. Sun, salt air, humidity, and storm season wear down even good work. We prepare every surface properly and use premium Sherwin-Williams coating systems, so your finish looks right on day one and holds up for years.
"Quality is not an upgrade. It is the standard we bring to every project."
That means:
- Clear, reliable communication from the first call to the final walkthrough
- On-time arrival and dependable scheduling
- Thorough preparation before a single coat goes on
- Respectful, background-checked crews who treat your home like their own
- A clean, organized work area every day
- A final walkthrough with me before we call the job complete
LIFE OUTSIDE THE JOB SITE
Miami is home for my family. When I'm not on a project, I'm with my wife and our family. Raising my family here is why I take every home we paint personally.

Oscar and his team did a great job. I hired them to paint our entire office and the results were great. We even needed them to repaint an area that was too dark (our fault)...and they didnt complain at all. Oscar showed up frequently to make sure the team was performing to his expectations, and was always available by phone or text. Would definitely recommend!
