I'm Juan Manuel Martinez del Gallego, a driven business leader originally from the colorful landscapes of Venezuela, now making waves as the General Manager of Fresh Coat Painters in the vibrant North Fort Myers / Punta Gorda area. With a strong foundation in business administration and a wealth of management experience, I thrive in dynamic environments where I can make a tangible impact.
My journey in management began after earning my Business Administration degree in Venezuela in 2003. Since then, I've held various leadership roles across diverse industries, honing my skills in strategic planning, team empowerment, and operational efficiency. My transition to the USA in 2016 marked a new chapter filled with opportunities for growth and professional development.
Outside of the boardroom, I find true joy and purpose in my roles as a husband and father. Married with a wonderful 5-year-old son and eagerly awaiting the arrival of another bundle of joy, family remains at the heart of everything I do. Balancing the demands of work and family life fuels my commitment to excellence and drives me to create a brighter future for my loved ones.

At 49, I have built a distinguished career rooted in agronomy and forestry engineering, enriched by a Master's degree in Economics. My professional journey has been marked by significant roles in innovation and real estate development management, alongside my leadership in managerial and executive positions.
As a devoted family man, married with three children, I harbor a deep passion for the outdoors, sports, and cherishing time with my family. These interests not only reflect my personal values but also enhance my professional resilience and creativity.
Recently, I embarked on an exciting new venture by joining Fresh Coat Painters, a company renowned for its integrity and exceptional human quality.
