Meet The Owner
Fresh Coat Painters of South Dayton is a family-owned business started by Brian Denny and operated with the support of his wild and loving family. The Denny family is pictured here - Brian, Caroline, Rory, Graham, Jack, and Charlie.
Brian and Caroline met while attending the University of Tennessee in 2004. Shortly after graduation, they were married and began their professional careers. Brian's career began at Enterprise Rent-A-Car where he was promoted to Branch Manager and learned how to run a business and deliver great customer service. In 2013, after an introduction from an old college classmate, he shifted into the painting industry by accepting a commercial sales position with one of the top painting contractors in the state. This position allowed him to learn all the nuances of the painting industry, as well as estimating, sales, product knowledge, and marketing. As much as Brian and Caroline loved their time in Tennessee, they decided to move closer to family and launched their very own Fresh Coat Painters franchise in 2017.
Brian wanted to bring a professional, reliable, and fairly-priced painting service to Lebanon, Centerville, Springboro, Beavercreek, Bellbrook, Spring Valley, Kettering, Waynesville, Oakwood, and the rest of the South Dayton market.
