Brian Stern – President / Owner
Brian Stern brings a wealth of experience from his time with Two Men and A Truck, where he played a key role in growing and strengthening the brand at the local level. Now entering a new residential service industry, Brian is passionate about creating opportunities for businesses that prioritize giving back to the communities they serve. His track record of success includes developing strong local partnerships, enhancing customer experiences, and driving growth through community engagement. With a deep commitment to service and social impact, Brian continues to build brands that not only provide exceptional services but also enrich the lives of those around them.
Nicole Stern – Office Manager / Color and Design Consultant
Nicole, along with her husband Brian, opened Fresh Coat of Vernon Hills in December of 2023. If you call in to the office, there’s a good chance you will hear her voice and she’ll help schedule your free estimate or answer any questions you may have. When not working, you can find Nicole spending time with her husband, three kids, and two pups – most likely at one of the kids’ sporting events. If a spare moment is to be had, she loves to binge HGTV and feed her love for interior design. In addition to assuring that the office is ran smoothly, Nicole is Fresh Coat’s color consultant and takes pride in helping our customers choose exactly the right shade to attain the look and feel they are aiming to achieve. Beautifying spaces is her passion.
David Sanchez – Project Manager
David Sanchez has been a dedicated professional in the painting and epoxy coatings industry since 2002. Over the years, he has honed his expertise through various roles, starting as a foreman and advancing to positions in sales and project management. His deep understanding of the field, combined with hands-on experience and leadership, has made him a trusted expert in delivering quality results. David holds OSHA 30, NAIS, and Lift certifications, further demonstrating his commitment to safety, industry standards, and technical proficiency. His dedication to excellence and customer satisfaction continues to define his career as he manages projects with precision and care.
